Where the pot goes
The split is fixed before a single ticket is sold. Each stage's share is divided equally between the nations that reach it, then pro-rata between every ticket holding that nation.

Results from the pitch
Stage outcomes follow the official tournament results — final whistle plus 24h dispute window, then the stage pays out.
Split locked pre-sale
The payout table is hashed into the program before ticket one is sold. No retroactive edits, no "house discretion".
Pot pays in SOL
Claims open per stage and stay open for 90 days. Unclaimed funds roll into the next cup's seed pot — nothing leaks to the house.
